Don't crowd around at the start of the drinks stations - Grab your drink and keep moving!
If you are going to stop, look behind you and move to the side. Don't suddenly stop in the middle of the station or anywhere on the course.
Don’t take more than one water. Remember the people behind you.
Don't drink it all. Take a few sips at every station, but don't overdo it.
Try to hit the rubbish bags with your bottle or discard your bottle carefully. Look where you're placing it and think of others.
Be careful at all times. It’s easy to trip over a bottle or bump into another runner.
Where do I park? The venue has parking. When and where is the prize giving? The prize giving will be in the event centre or outside (weather permitting) at about TBC. Whats at the aid stations and roughly where are they?
